Who we are
Traff1k is an ecommerce engineering consultancy based in London, UK. This policy covers data collected through traff1k.io.
What we collect
We collect only what you explicitly provide:
- Contact form submissions — name, email address, company name (optional), website URL (optional), project type, budget range, and your message.
We do not use cookies. We do not use tracking pixels. We do not run Google Analytics or any third-party analytics that tracks individual users.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless. It collects aggregate page view data — no personal information, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking. Cloudflare Web Analytics complies with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR without requiring a cookie consent banner.
How we use your data
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We may send it via Resend (our email delivery provider) to our business email. We do not:
- Add you to marketing lists
- Share your data with third parties
- Sell your data
- Use your data for advertising
Data storage
Contact form submissions are delivered via email and not stored in a database. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Email delivery uses Resend. Both are GDPR-compliant processors.
Your rights
Under GDPR (and UK GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since we only hold data you submit via the contact form, and it exists only in email, you can request deletion at any time.
AI agents and crawlers
We serve structured markdown to AI agents (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) via edge middleware. This is publicly available content — no personal data is involved. We set Content-Signal headers indicating our content is available for AI training, search, and input. See our robots.txt for crawler permissions.
